Search for customer rewards by email, customer ID, or order ID

💡 Tips

Search by email to find all rewards for a customer
Search by order ID to see if a specific order triggered a reward
Use "Resend Email" if customer lost their reward notification
Voided rewards cannot be resent (usually due to refunds)
Active rewards are ready to be used; Expired rewards are past expiry date
